This once outdated blonde brick house has been transformed into a modern sanctuary.
The extensive renovation touched nearly every part of the existing structure, complemented by a rear extension and a thoroughly revamped entry, including a new driveway and garage.
Built on a steep, sloping block, we replaced an extremely steep driveway with a suspended version, complete with built-in planter beds, alongside a new garage and new entry for level access from the street.
In the living and dining rooms, large bifold doors open to the new patio. The generous, elevated patio area features a barbecue area and pizza oven, commanding expansive views over the valley above Middle Harbour Creek. New tiled floors were installed throughout, and the staircase showcases exposed sandstone foundations.
